One does not need to be training for a specific event in order to benefit from Coaching. We have a variety of options to suit many needs. We have monthly options to get you to or keep you at a comfortable maintenance level for your goals. All of our plans are completely customized by our certified coaches to address your goals and your running schedule. Whether you are training for a 5k, Half or Full marathon, or simply looking to make running a part of your healthy lifestyle, we can help you on that journey!
PERSONALIZED RUNNING PLANS
All of our coaching plans are personalized for you. We take everything into account...your schedule, work/life balance, experience, and goals. From there, we create your plan and upload it to the Final Surge app, which can also connect to your smart watch app to pull data.
New Coaching Clients
16 Week Plan - $225
This plan is great for those looking to train for a marathon or half marathon. Best for less experienced runners or experienced runners aiming to improve performance.

This plan is great for experienced runners already with a good base.
Returning Coaching Clients
16 Week Plan - $200
This plan is great for those looking to train for a marathon or half marathon. Best for experienced runners aiming to improve performance.​

This plan is great for experienced runners already with a good base.
8 Week Plan - $125
This plan is great for experienced runners wanting to maintain or establish a base, or train for shorter races (5k, 10k, etc)
